Medtech company Becton Dickinson planned to ramp up manufacturing to prepare for a second wave of COVID-19. The company manufactures several tests, including a diagnostic kit that has results in two to three hours and an antibody test that can confirm current or past exposure to COVID-19 in as little as 15 minutes.
